Parcel to Post Office

Method of delivery

• Parcel storage at the post office of the sender’s choice as stated on the parcel or on the address label during the collection period without a previous attempt at delivery. A condition for providing this service is the provision a mobile phone number or an e-mail address where the customer will be informed by an SMS or e-mail that a parcel is ready for collection at the post office.

Time of delivery

• Second working day after the day of shipment (D+2)

Weight

• Up to 10 kg

Dimensions and packaging

• min.: at least one side of the parcel must be 20 x 15 cm,
• max.: 200 cm for any dimension or 300 cm for the sum of the length and the largest circumference measured in a different direction from the length
• It is possible to ship the parcel in a closed package or without packaging (for example tyres, suitcases); used packaging can be used if the original address data and all labels and tapes are removed;
• if the weight is over 3 kg it is recommended that the be packed using strong string or to fit it with lifting tabs

Recipient
