SIPO (Joint Collection of Utility Payments) is simple and useful service for making the household payments. A payer can pay the charges for water, gas, electric energy, rent, cable TV or even for loan repayments only by means of one document.
SIPO for Businesses back
You can use the SIPO for:- Acceptance of advance and regular payments,
- Acceptance of arrears from statement,
- Payment of overpayments from statement.
- More than 95% efficiency of collection of the payments,
- An option to choose a periodicity of collected money transfer,
- Different types of communication – through the compatible media, by e-mail and in a written form,
- Printing and delivery of the SIPO documents,
- A possibility to claim payments,
- A possibility to rent an advertising space on the SIPO documents.
SIPO shall be provided based on an order or a written agreement concluded between Slovenská pošta and customer and after fulfilment of conditions set in the Business Terms and Conditions.

SIPO for Citizens back
You can use the SIPO for:- Remittance of advance and regular payments,
- Payment of arrears from statement,
- Obtaining overpayments from statement.
- At the post office counter - “green SIPO", you shall pay only 1,30 €,
- In a comfort of your home (by the postman) - “purple SIPO", you shall pay only 1,30 €,
- By a credit transfer from your bank account - “blue SIPO", you shall only pay 0,30 €.
- We shall deliver the SIPO document to you at the beginning of a month directly to your post-box (the green and blue SIPO documents) or directly to you in person when paying at the post office counter (the purple SIPO document).
- SIPO shall be payable within the whole month.
- Contact your service suppliers – of gas, electric energy, water, subscription, etc. and ask them to pay through SIPO.
- If you have decided to pay charges for radio and TV through SIPO, please contact any post office.
- If your partners do not allow paying through SIPO, propose it to them.
- All other matters shall be arranged on behalf of you by your service supplier in collaboration with Slovenská pošta, you shall only wait for delivery of the “green SIPO".
- If you prefer more a credit transfer of SIPO payment, please contact your bank. In this case you shall provide your SIPO number that you find on your document. All other matters shall be arranged on behalf of you by your bank in collaboration with Slovenská pošta. You shall only wait for delivery of the “blue SIPO". Slovenská pošta now co-operates with 14 largest banks.
